The replay will be available for 48 hours after the workshop to the public. After that it will only be available inside of The Somatic Circle Membership which you can join anytime >>HERE<<
Throughout May 2026 I will release new podcast episodes every week to help you prepare for the workshop. I highly encourage you to listen to these although they are not required to attend.
When you register you'll be added to my email list and each time a new episode drops you'll be notified. You can listen to the womanifester podcast online, on Spotify, or on Apple podcasts.
On the day of the workshop I encourage you to create a sacred space for the breathwork journey. Smudge, light candles with intention, burn some incense. Make a comfortable space for you to lay down either on your bed or on the floor where you can be comfortable laying down for about an hour. Get pillows, blankets, a journal, and some tissues.
Plan so that you can be alone in a private space for the full hour.
Holotropic breathwork is a powerful, deeply activating practice—and it’s not for everyone. For safety, this journey is not recommended if you are pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular disease (including high blood pressure or heart conditions), seizures, glaucoma, recent surgery or physical injury, or severe mental health conditions such as psychosis or schizophrenia. If you are currently taking heavy medications that impact your nervous system, or if you’re navigating acute emotional instability, it’s best to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before joining.
This work can open intense physical and emotional states, so honoring your body’s readiness is essential. There are many gentle and supportive breath practices available, and choosing the right one for where you are is part of the process.
